Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
  2 large sweet potatoes, cut into sticks
  2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil 
  1 clove fresh garlic
  1 tsp pepper
  1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
 1 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
 2 Line a baking sheet with tin foil and place a cooling rack on top.
 3 Place all ingredients in a large ziploc bag and toss to coat all the fries in the olive oil and spices.
 4 Place the sweet potato fries on the cooling rack in a single layer.
 5 Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until desired crispiness is reached.
